The Ludus AI Enterprise plan is designed for studios and organizations requiring dedicated infrastructure, data sovereignty, tailored support, and unlimited credits. It operates on a private cloud architecture, ensuring that your proprietary code and assets remain within your control.

Pilot Program​

Engagement with the Enterprise plan begins with a Pilot Period. This is a safety net designed to allow your team to evaluate the platform's capabilities and integration fit before committing to a full annual subscription.

  • Duration: 30 days
  • Cost: Reduced fixed fee
  • Credits: Unlimited.
  • Scope: Full access to all Enterprise features, including deployment support and integration assistance.
  • Transition: Upon successful completion, the pilot converts to a standard annual subscription.

Infrastructure & Security​

Unlike standard tiers, the Enterprise plan can be deployed on a Private Cloud. This ensures maximum security and compliance with internal IP protection policies.

Deployment Model​

  • Self-Hosted: The software is deployed directly to your organization's private cloud account (AWS or GCP).
  • Data Sovereignty: All data processing, storage, and AI model interactions occur within your infrastructure.
  • No access to Data: Ludus AI does not have access to your project data, code, or assets. Your intellectual property remains strictly isolated.

AI Model Control​

You maintain full control over the AI configuration:

  • Model Selection: You select and configure the specific AI models used by the system.
  • API Management: You manage your own API keys and provider agreements, ensuring direct control over usage costs and data policies.

Included Services​

The Enterprise subscription includes specific resources to support custom workflows and engine modifications.
