All billing information and management tools are located in the "Billing" section of the Ludus AI web application, accessible at https://app.ludusengine.com/billing.

Subscription Plans

Free Trial: A 14-day free trial of the Pro plan is available, offering 20,000 credits and full access to Agent Lite, Agent, and all features including Blueprint Generation and Editing. This is an excellent way to explore the full capabilities of Ludus AI.

Available Plans:

  • Free: At $0 per month, this plan includes 300 credits per month and access to Agent Lite only. You can get answers to common Unreal Engine questions. To access Agent mode, 3D model generation, and Blueprint Analysis, upgrade to Indie or higher. For Blueprint Generation and Editing, upgrade to Pro or Enterprise.
  • Indie: Priced at $10 per month (excluding VAT), this plan is designed for indie developers with a yearly revenue of less than $100,000.
    It includes 25,000 credits per month, access to Agent Lite and Agent, 3D model generation, and Blueprint Analysis.
    Note: This plan does not include Blueprint Generation or Editing—these features are available on Pro and Enterprise plans.
  • Pro: At $25 per month (excluding VAT), the Pro plan is the most capable solution for professionals. It provides 70,000 credits per month, access to Agent Lite and Agent, and full Blueprint capabilities including Generation and Editing.
  • Enterprise: This is a custom, tailored option for businesses requiring dedicated support and advanced features. It includes all Ludus AI features, custom usage limits, private cloud options, project-based C++ knowledge, and dedicated support. Pricing is customized; please contact Ludus AI for a quote at hello@ludusengine.com.

The Plans tab is where you can manage your subscription. Here you can:

  • Compare Plans: see what each plan has to offer
  • Change Plans: Upgrade or downgrade your current subscription to better suit your needs.
  • Modify Billing Cycle: Switch between monthly and annual billing. Opting for an annual plan provides a 20% discount.
  • Cancel Subscription: You can cancel your plan at any time from this tab.

Your subscription credits do not roll over to the next month; they are available until the end of your billing cycle. If you are on a yearly plan, your subscription credits expire at the end of each month of usage, not at the end of the year. If you run out of credits or want more, you can purchase credit packs. Credits from credit packs do not expire at the end of your billing cycle.

Upgrades, Downgrades, and Cancellations

You can manage your subscription—upgrade, downgrade, or cancel—at any time through the Billing > Plans tab.

Here is how each process works:

Upgrading Your Plan
If you upgrade to a more expensive plan, we'll calculate how much of your previous plan you have used and deduct that amount from the price of your new plan. If you switch from Indie Yearly to Pro Monthly, we will process funds to your stripe balance, that you can use for your next payments.

Downgrading: You will keep your current plan and the downgrade will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. If you switch from Pro monthly to Indie yearly, the operation is treated as an Upgrade. For switching the billing cycle from yearly to monthly, the switch happens at the end of your billing cycle.

Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to all your plan's features until that date. Please be aware that subscriptions cannot be paused.

Refund policy
Subscription fees and other payments are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe that your credits have been deducted due to a bug or issue on our side, please contact us at support@ludusengine.com

Managing Your Payment Methods and Billing Details

To manage your payment methods or update your billing information (such as your email or physical address), go to the Overview tab in the Billing section and click the "Manage plan" button. This will securely redirect you to our Stripe billing portal. There, you can easily change your payment methods and update your billing details.

Accessing Your Invoices and Transaction History

To review your payment history or download invoices for your records, navigate to the Billing Details tab. This section provides a complete log of all your transactions with Ludus AI. You can filter your payment history by month, year, type, and status to quickly find specific transactions. All past invoices are available here for you to download for accounting or record-keeping purposes.
