β Technical FAQ
This chapter outlines the technical specifications, compatibility, and maintenance procedures for the Ludus AI platform.
Unreal Engine Versions Compatibilityβ
Version Support Timeline
Ludus AI is committed to maintaining strict synchronization with Unreal Engine releases.
Standard Release Window: Support for new Unreal Engine versions is released within a maximum of 7 days of the official launch. In most cases, compatibility updates are available within 2-3 days.
Custom Engine Builds
For Enterprise clients, we offer support for custom engine builds to align with specific development pipelines.
AI Architectureβ
LLM Providers / Model Technology
Ludus AI utilizes an orchestration of multiple state-of-the-art LLMs rather than relying on a single provider.
Dynamic Routing: Our system analyzes each user request and dynamically routes it to the most suitable model for the specific task (e.g., code generation, blueprint analysis, or 3D asset creation). This mix-of-models approach ensures the highest accuracy and efficiency for every interaction.
Platform Supportβ
Operating Systems
Windows is fully supported. MacOS support is currently in active development. We are working intensively to bring Ludus AI to the Mac ecosystem.
Plugin Maintenanceβ
Update Procedure
The Ludus AI Unreal Engine plugin requires manual updates to ensure stability and version control.
1. Notification: The plugin will notify you when a new version is available. Announcements are also posted immediately on our Discord community.
2. Installation: Uninstall the existing version and download the latest installer from the Ludus AI website.
3. Data Persistence: Your chat history and settings are preserved during the update process.
Recommendation: We strongly advise keeping the plugin updated to the latest version to access the newest features and stability improvements.
