Billing

The Billing tab includes 4 sections: Overview, Plans, Credits, and Billing Details. Overview provides basic information on your current plan, credits, and billing. In the Plans section, you can explore available plans and pricing to choose the best fit. Use the Credits section to purchase additional credits. Billing Details contains all your bills and invoices.

Overview Tab

In the overview tab, you will find information regarding your current plan, billing cycle (Monthly/Annual), monthly subscription credits, additional credits, and current account balance.

Here you are able to check your current plan. If you are changing plans, the change takes effect when you switch. This occurs either immediately or at the end of your billing period, depending on the type of change.

Billing Type shows your current type of settlement. You can choose between monthly and a cheaper annual cycle. You can change your billing type in the Plans section.

Credits renewal date shows the date of your monthly credit refresh and next charge.

Subscription Credits shows your remaining monthly credits out of the total included with your plan.

Package Credits show your balance of purchased credits. These credits are used after your monthly subscription credits. Purchased credits are one-time and carry over if not used.

Plans Tab

The Plans tab shows all available plans, your current plan, and the differences between plans. You can also change your billing cycle (Monthly/Annual) from this tab.

You can choose between two billing types for your subscription: monthly or annual. Opting for the annual billing plan provides a significant benefit: it includes a 20% discount compared to paying monthly. It is important to note that your choice of billing type – whether monthly or annual – does not affect the features or content included in your chosen plan. The functionalities and benefits of your plan remain exactly the same regardless of how often you are billed.

The Free Plan is completely free of charge, for everyone, and includes 300 free credits per month, answers to common UE questions from our Lite model, and Integrations with various IDEs. This plan does not include the most advanced Agent model, blueprint analysis, or object generation.

The Indie plan provides 25,000 credits per month. Key features available with this plan are 3D model generation and blueprint analysis. You also get integrations with various IDEs and Getting screen view answers and suggestions.

Important note: Eligibility for this plan is based on project revenue. The plan is available for projects operating below a certain financial threshold. Your project's yearly revenue, where Ludus AI is used, must be less than $100,000.

The Pro plan provides 70,000 credits per month. Key features of this plan include 3D model generation, Blueprint analysis, and Integrations for various IDEs. You also get screen view answers and suggestions.

This plan provides more monthly credits compared to the Indie plan. Gives you better value for your investment and unlike the Indie plan, there are no limitations on using the Pro plan based on your project's yearly revenue.

Beyond standard Ludus AI features the Enterprise plan is always created individually based on specific requirements. The amount of credits is highly flexible. A key feature is the possibility to develop a custom engine tailored to fully understand your project's C++ code and complexity. Dedicated support is also included to ensure you are satisfied with your Ludus AI experience.

Additional information regarding the change of plan or method of settlement:

Upgrading: If you upgrade to a more expensive plan, we'll calculate how much of your previous plan you have used and deduct that amount from the price of your new plan. If you switch from Indie Yearly to Pro Monthly, we will process funds to your stripe balance, that you can use for your next payments.

Downgrading: You will keep your current plan and the downgrade will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. If you switch from Pro monthly to Indie yearly, the operation is treated as an Upgrade. For switching the billing cycle from yearly to monthly, the switch happens at the end of your billing cycle.

Cancellation: Your cancellation will always take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Credits Tab

The Credits tab allows you to purchase additional credit packs. These purchased credits are added directly to your account balance and are separate from your monthly subscription credits. They are only used automatically after your monthly subscription credits have been completely spent. A key benefit is that these purchased credits do not expire or reset monthly; any unused credits will carry over to the following months. You can choose from four available credit packs, which differ solely based on the number of credits provided and their corresponding price.

The Small credit pack adds 35,000 credits to your account balance. These are additional credits available for purchase and are added independently of any monthly credits from your active subscription. You can purchase this pack regardless of which subscription plan you are currently using.

The Medium credit pack adds 100,000 credits to your account balance. These are additional credits available for purchase and are added independently of any monthly credits from your active subscription. You can purchase this pack regardless of which subscription plan you are currently using.

The Large credit pack adds 250,000 credits to your account balance. These are additional credits available for purchase and are added independently of any monthly credits from your active subscription. You can purchase this pack regardless of which subscription plan you are currently using.

The Ultimate credit pack adds 600,000 credits to your account balance. These are additional credits available for purchase and are added independently of any monthly credits from your active subscription. You can purchase this pack regardless of which subscription plan you are currently using.
