First time account and plan setup.

If you have just registered, please read the basic information in the Introduction. You will be able to use Ludus AI right from the start thanks to the free plan. However, you will not be able to use 3D model generation and blueprint analysis. These features are available in the Indie and Pro plans. To use them, please review the available plans in the billing tab and choose the plan that is convenient for you.

Login and change login provider

Once you choose a login type, it is permanently assigned to your account. This ensures its security and the consistency of the entire system.

Important note: If you registered before 19/04/2025, select the Github login option. If you register after this date - remember to choose a login type that you have easy access to and always use the same login provider.

Any other problems with account login

In any other situation than choosing the wrong provider, first make sure you have disabled all possible network security, firewalls, safe-search. Then delete the cookie and cache from your browser and try again. However, if the problem persists, contact support@ludusengine.com or contact us on Discord. We respond daily within an hour at most from 10 AM to 8 PM CEST.

Important note: Brave browser can block login to Ludus AI. We recommend disabling security or using another browser.
