Agent Capabilities

Main Agent Tools

  • Model 3D Generation: Initiates the 3D model creation process. Based on a description or input data, the agent can trigger the generation of 3D assets that can then be used in the project.
  • Place Model On Scene: When a 3D model is being generated, this tool places it's placeholder on the scene.
  • Get Screenshot: Takes a screenshot of the current scene in the project. This image is then passed to the agent for analysis, allowing it to assess the world's state and object layout, which helps in deciding on subsequent actions.
  • Get Project: Provides basic information about the current project. This can include the name, Unreal Engine version, used modules, and other configuration data necessary for the proper functioning of other tools and agents.
  • Get Asset Info: Allows for obtaining detailed information about a selected asset (a project file). The scope of information depends on the asset type but may include its properties, dependencies, file path, and other metadata.
  • Get Source: Provides access to specific C++ source files. This is a key tool for agents that need to analyze or edit code to customize engine functionality or specific project components.
  • Knowledge Search: Used to search the internal knowledge base. The agent uses it to find information on a given UE topic, enabling it to make more informed decisions and solve problems.
  • Search Assets: Searches project folders for assets that meet specific criteria.
